How do you calculate the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is free for every customers on orders over 50$. For orders under 50$, an extra 60% will be added to your cart to pay the shipping cost (60% of your complete order). So, the shipping cost represent 60% of your total order if you buy less than 50$. How many times does it takes to receive my order?
Platinum Pool is dealing with FedEx and UPS to make sure we can offer you the best shipping plan as possible. We will usually ship within the same business day if the order is placed before 14:00 PST (excludes weekends and holidays). Expected ship times may vary and are based on seller's order cut-off time. Platinum Pool is giving a full refund for all customers with a broken merchandise product. We will ask for a picture of the item broken and you will get a full refund including the shipping cost if its the case. After receiving the item, contact Platinum Pool within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Total refund will not be accepted in every case. Only items with faulty manufacturing will be eligible for a full refund. In this situation, the shipping cost is paid by the seller.
